About us
History of the HYDRAULICS s.r.o. company begins in 1983, when its foundations were laid in form of a small so-called subsidiary enterprise in Sehradice (near Luhačovice). Development of hydraulic systems during the 80´s last century induced a need for servicing and refurbishment of linear hydraulic motors - hydraulic cylinders and the HYDRAULICS s.r.o. company replied in the right time. Success of such incipience is demonstrated by the fact that the enterprise with 18 workers and one desktop computer was transformed into a private company, one of the largest manufacturers of the hydraulic cylinders in the Czech Republic. As for quality of the products, you can persuade at the International Engineering Fair in Brno where you can explore and compare our products with foreign competition.
SIGNIFICANT DATA
1991
- Ing. Jaromír Pilík, Libor Kráčalík and Ing. Daneš Janík were initiated Articles of Incorporation to establish the company in the 90´s last century
- Fundamentals modification in the production programme – technology utilizing precise rolled tubes for hydraulic motor casings and ready-made chrome-plated rods for piston rods
- Social changes after revolution create extensive opportinities for purchasing blanks in European markets (especially at Karl Mertl in Austria and at Stelmi in Italy)
1993
- Splitting the Czechoslovak Federation caused unexpected and prompt separation of Slovak manufacturers from the Czech market, thus new demands for powerful, reliable and safe machines and for replacements of existing abroad-manufactured cylinders arose
- A great step up in terms of quality - the edition of our own production catalogue and the establishment of our own design department, the gradual replacement of classic machine tools with CNC systems with qualified personnel
- Establishing several servicing and replacement center for hydraulic cylinders all over former Czechoslovakia to ensure flexible continuation and advanatageous cooperation with Slovak and Czech customers
2005
- Significant increase both the production capacity and the warehouse capacity of metallurgical material by building a new hall in Slopné (storage capacities for precise tubes and chrome-plated rods were increased by 400 sq m and the production area was enlarged nearly by 700 sq m)
- Important step – incorporating and adapting to European uniform legislation, advantages of abolishment of borders between member states and principles of free movement of persons and capital
- Considerable enlargement of cooperation opprtunities – starting some of our series productions of hydraulic motors in Slovakia and in Poland
2008
- Dynamic growth of production (manufactured almost 20 thousand new hydraulic cylinders)
2009
- In reaction to worldwide economy downturn and decrease of orders, our design department was extended, besides others
